During the month of May, we will be collecting items for flood/tornado kits for the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR). As you know, we have had several weather events to which UMCOR responded, and we were given the items listed below as some of the most immediate needs. Please know you don’t have to purchase all the items, as anything from this list is greatly appreciated. Also, any financial contributions are accepted as well and can be placed in an envelope in the mission depot slot or in your Sunday offering, but please be sure to write UMCOR on the memo line. Go by the mission depot to see an example if you are unsure what to purchase. We did some checking and listed the Walmart prices. We will be collecting these items until May 31st.
