Adullam House

Adullam House, founded in 1994 by Pete and Angie Spackman, is an organization rescuing at-risk children from the horrors of neglect and abuse. Their main cam- pus consists of four homes on 25 acres where they average 30 children in their care. For some it is a temporary refuge, for others it’s a brand new permanent home, but for each one it is a loving, nurturing, Christ-centered family. The youngest in their care arrive to their Nursery at forty-eight hours old, most often children of incarcerated mothers. All of their school-aged children, preK3 to 12th grade, attend their own Adullam House Christian Academy, where their spiritual, educational, and social development is the utmost priority. Adullam House continues to operate solely on the generous support of churches and families just like yours. They receive no federal or state funding. They are located in Wetumpka, Alabama. Please take a moment and visit their website, adullamhouse.org to read about this wonderful ministry and other ways you can help. Our mission focus for this month will be collecting the items listed below. Please leave your items in the mission depot and as always, if you are unable to purchase the items yourself but would like to donate money, we will be happy to shop for you. You can either place your financial donation in the box in the mission depot at the side entry of our church, or place a check in the offering on Sunday and mark your check “Adullam House.”
